Position Overview:

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of their projects. You will work closely with our experienced estimating team, gaining exposure to a variety of tasks within the realm of quantity surveying for drywall systems, drylining, and wall insulation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in the preparation and management of project budgets.

· Conduct cost analysis and cost control for ongoing projects.

· Collaborate with the project team to ensure financial objectives are met.

· Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.

· Experience in taking off Partitions, Linings, Party Walls and RCP’s.

· Familiar with taking off upstands, bulkheads and SVP’s.

· Familiar with the count condition of tee’s, abutments, angles, fair ends etc.

· Familiar with door counts (Entrance, Internal and Riser)

· Familiar with external wall take offs and associated reveal.

Qualifications and Experience:

· Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quantity surveying role.

· Familiarity with drywall systems, drylining, and wall insulation projects.

· Strong analytical and numerical skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proficient in relevant software tools (e.g., Excel, QS software).

Salary: From RM4,500.00 per month
