JOB TITLE : ADMIN EXECUTIVE (TENDER)

A. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Preparing quotation and tender documents as requested by ED/GM/HOD.
• Monitor and proceed with contract extension/termination
• Responsible for maintaining contract listing/client information in the system and manually.
• Responsible for the overall hostel confirmation, tenancy agreement, payment, renewal, termination, utility payment report, and hostel policies.
• Responsible for renewal of company license.
• Support the team to do marketing and be the Centre point of contact for organization stakeholders.
• Preparing and submit tender documents through online systems.
• Attending site visits/briefings by government bodies.
• Preparing Correspond letters.

B. QUALIFICATION

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in /Business Studies/ Administration, or equivalent.
• Preferably a candidate with experience in the tender and marketing department.
• At least 2-3 years of proven experience as an Admin in the Tender Dept. or similar role.
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work under pressure, positive, self-motivated, dynamic, self-disciplined, and able to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to start in a short notice period is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
