Responsibilities:
- Responsible for servicing customer's delivery, packing, and shipping
- Responsible for receiving customers' orders and within 5 minutes to arrange dispatchers pick up
- Responsible for assist Supervisor for daily operation.
- Responsible for assist Supervisor for attendance records and reports
- Ad-hoc task by the supervisor.
- Follow up self-collect parcel, proceed return parcel, etc.
Requirements:
- Candidates can use basic office software
- Independent working ability, careful and patient
- Positive attitude and good service to customers
