• Has at least up to 4 years working experience in;
• Develop and provide guidance and oversight on Change Management strategy, plan and approach based on the project/change scope, objectives, and the impacted end-users.
• Responsible to integrate change management plan into overall project roadmap.
• Develop and execute the Stakeholder List and Analysis Report
• Develop the Stakeholders Engagement Plan, and prepare the presentation packs for stakeholders’ engagements.
• Develop a communication plan and continuously update the Plan with revision and confirmation with relevant parties.
• Coordinate communication deployment with PMO and Client Strategic Communications team on a timely basis.
• Evaluate communications effectiveness and incorporate input to improve quality of communications.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
